- At home we have six cows, six suckling calves, and four sheep, two donkies a dog and a cat.
The cow's names are: Nellie, Daisy, Rosaleen, Bessie, BUnny and Trish.
When we be bringing home the cows to be milked or driving them we say "how", how." When we are calling the calves to feed them we say "suck," "suck" When I be gathering the sheep and if the start running and wrong I call them byt the name "shovney" and they tame down
The cow-house is fairly large as it can accomodate six cows. The roof is slated and there are six poles or stakes at each gable from which chains hang to tie the cows
