- Once upon a time Saint Patrick was going to Armagh. There was an old man and woman with him and they could not find their way. He told them to turn back and not to look behind them till he would be out of sight. They went back and they came to a stile. When the man got up he turned around to help the woman up the stile. The two of them were turned into stone. The two stones are there yet.
