    This field was supposed to be haunted some years ago. Any person who went into it after night fall, sods of turf, stones, and cíapáins were thrown at them from all directions but they could not see who was doing it
    5/ "Páirc an Tobain" or the well field. It was so called because a spring well is situated in it.
    6/ "Páirc an gchrúach" meaning Rick Field because turf was always kept in it.
    7/ "Páirc an Bhóthair" is a field situated near the road.
    This road was once the main road leading to Cork.
