    of bread made were, Potato Cake, Boxty-Bread Stampy and Oaten Meal bread.
    When they were making potato-cake they first boiled the potatoes. Then they peeled them and mached them. They then added salt and flour. They cut the cake into squares and left it to bake.
    When they were making boxty bread they first cot some large potatoes and washed them and peeled them, they then grated them and mized flour and salt with the pulp and left the cake to bake.
    When they were making Oatenmeal bread. They used to wet oatmel with water and dry it up with oatmeal and add some salt and sugar. and make it into the required size. It was then put on a stand and baked before the fire. During the baking it was turned several times until it was baked through and
