    Friday is a lucky day to go to a new house or to a job.
    Saturday is not a lucky day for anything.
    Holy Thursday has another name it is also called Clipping Thursday because on that day people cut a little piece off their hair and nails.
    On Good Friday it is not right to drive nails in wood or in a wall. If men have any crops or seeds to sow he sows them on Good Friday because it is said that any seeds that are sown on that day are sure to grow.

  2. On the twenty third of June bon fires are lighted in honour of St John. St Patrick's Day, the 17th March in Ireland, people put Shamrock in their coats in honour of St. Patrick.
    On St. Peter and St. Paul's day, 29th June the Pilgrimage to Dromard holy well is held.
