    Of course the storm was much worse along the coast. The wind blew right fomt he West. The poor fishermen who were out fishing were caught in the storm. They could not get to the coast, and not less than thirty of of them sank beneath the dark waters of the Atlantic.
    It was heart-rending to read the papers for the days that followed, and to think of the grief of the relatives of these poor unfortunate men.
