    Tobernault is about two miles from Sligo.
    This is how it got the name Tobernault.
    Long ago in Ireland the people who were mentally effected would go and drink of the waters of the well and they used to get better.
    Also in the Penal Days when catholics were not allowed to have Mass in their Churches they
