    It is not right to open a grave on New Years Day.

    A mother should not go to the funeral of the first of her children that dies.

    It is supposed to be unlucky to fall in a graveyard. If you fall you should not get up until someone hits you with a fist of clay.

    A corpse should not be left in the house except in the chapel.
    It is supposed to be happy for the corpse that the falls on.

    The little bits of candles got at a corpse house will cured toothache by rubbing the candles on the aching tooth
