roads and ruins of houses in my townland and the railroad from Dublin to Sligo separates it from Gortinee. The Lordly Shannon separates it from Roscommon.
There is also a wood in close proximity to the townland and the people of Mullagh find fuel therein. There are no mass-rocks in Mullagh.

  2. On this bed I lay my head to sleep. To God. I give my soul to keep if any danger should happen me the Blessed Virgin will waken me. There are four corners on this bed, there are four angels on this spread, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. God Bless this bed I lie on. This prayer is to be said at bed time.
