  1. There was once a man who had three cows and every morning he used to notice that the milke was getting short. One night he watched and there was an old hair sucking the cows so one day he got a very black hound and sent him off after the hair and the hair jumped up on the man's shoulder and called for mercy for it was a very old woman.
