    Long ago the women used to be going for water...

    Long ago the women used to be going for water they would put a pelicen on the top of their heads and they used to put a pail upon it and they would put a joggler to keep it from joggling.
    This story was told by John Dolan who lives in Nursery Park Co. Galway. Collected by Julia Dolan Monivea N.S.
