    The peacocks cry.
    A rainbow in the sky is a sure sign of rain.
    When the Mountains appear very near.
    A mist or fog on top of Mount Gable is sure sign of rain.
    The curlews begin to call.
    Lake is of a blackish colour.
    Cement walls get damp.
    A bluish colour seen in fire.
    The dog eats grass.
    A halo round the moon.
    The spiders creep from their cobwebs.
    Soot falls down the chimney.
    Very old people complain of pains in their bones. Corns begin to ache.
