    I am a Rallying Irish man.
    I travelled this country over round.
    I made a resolution for to try some other ground.
    I made a resolution and I think it a very good plan.
    To take a trip in a government ship
    To view some foreign ground.
    When I landed in "Sweet Philadelphia"
    The girls all jumped with joy,
    Sayo one unto the other here comes a Faughary man.
    The invited me to a tavern and there to stay that night
    The landlady's daughter on me took great delight.
    She never took her eyes off
