  1. A Song

Im the year of 52 in the month of December

In the year of '52 in the month of December
It been on the 27th right well I mind the time
When three young men set sailing
    And left their friends bewailing
    And death come round stealing
And took them in their prime.
    II
    The morniung it looked calm
    Although the storm was appearing
Fearing no danger when launching their oars
Little did they think when crossing round at (Colom).
That they would never see their mother any more.
