Along time ago there lived a man by himself in Meenbane.

A long time ago there lived a man by himself in Meenbane. He was very poor and had hardly the money to buy his food. One night when he was sleeping he heard a voice saying under the tree in front of his house there is a pot of gold. The next day he did not dig for the gold. On the two following nights he heard the same voice. On the third day he dug for it when he dug for a good while he say a fairy with a pot of gold. The give it to him and told him to tell no one where he got the gold. The man was no longer poor and the fairy came to him every night.
