Long ago a Dane was supposed to have hidden there.
The farmers who own the land where the Fairy Forts are, never interfere with them, for it is said they would never have a day's luck if they disturbed the fairies home.
Light is supposed to have been seen many a time around the Fairy Forts, but it is said light is good to see.
There is no fence around the Fairy Forts. They are in the centre of the fields and are much higher than the land around them.
