  1. We have a beautiful church in Bofeenaun now. The name of it is "Archbishop McHales Memorial Church". It was built in memory of this man
    It is a very nice church, the most beautiful in our parish. There was a new gallery put in it about six months ago. It accommodates about ninety people.
    Before the present church was build there was an old church about a quarter of a mile further down When it was old and decayed a school was built on the grounds.
    A great many years ago there was an old Abbey built not far from the old church. It was called St Finian's Abbey. There were two St Finians at that time and we do not know which
