The jack - daw is black with a grey breast. He builds his nest down in the chimney of a house. He is very plentiful in this district.
The hawk is brown in colour. He brings away small birds. When he is trying to catch his prey he comes over it and then he pounces down on it. When the hens see the hawk they run away afraid of him.
The swan flies very high in the sky during the winter. The people in this district would not kill a swan.
