    May Day.
On this day milk is not given away. If this is done there will not be much butter on the milk for the year. People do not allow coals from the fire to be taken out of the house for fear the good luck of the house would go with the person who took them.
    |Old people say that it is not lucky to bu [?] "Lasóg" during the month of May.
