  1. When there is a marriage in this district a wedding is usually given at the bridegroom's home.
    The young boys of the village who are not invited go to the wedding "in straw" at nightfall.
    They assemble in a barn in the village. They dress here. They cover themselves with straw. They put bands of straw on their legs and arms. They weave tall hats and put masks on their faces.
