He was going over Tottenham Green bridge and there was a cat sitting on the bridge. This man was riding a horse. The cat made a fly at him and the horse got frightened and started to gallop. The rider fell off and lay in the ditch. It was in the summer time about 4 oclock in the morning. He got up and he walked around for a while. Then he found the horses saddle in the middle of the road. He took up the saddle and started for home across the fields.
