- In olden times people had two meals a day, the breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was eaten in the morning and the dinner at mid-day. The meals consisted of porridge and bread in the morning and potatoes and milk at dinner time. The bread was made of oat meal and water. Meat was eaten sometimes(continues on next page)
