We have several kinds of potatoes namely, British Queens, Champions, Leaguers, Great Scots and a great many others. The Champions are the best eating potatoes. Potatoes were used to make starch long ago. they used to make bread of the potatoes as well long ago, and some people mak bread of the potatoes yet.
