    Eanne Cinn Tealach drove those early Christian out. As Patrick went to Crinthann, son of Enne Cinnsealach,and connected him at Rathvilly. He was baptised in the well, north of the Moat of Rathvilly, now called Saint Patrick's Well. He [? illegible] Bunthann to the exiled Christian and Isserneninas. Buinthann gave to Isserninas land from Rathglass to Mount Leinster. Patrick met Dubtach (Chief poet of Ireland) at Doinac true Criathar. This is usually placed near Sleibhte, in Hy Bairche, west of River Barrow. Patrick besought Dubcach for material of a bishop from his disciples of Leinster Dubtach accommodated Fiach, who was consecrated bishop and Patrick left seven of his companions with him. Crumthann gave to Patrick for Fiach, the site of his church and one fifth of his father's possession to endow it and selected that church to be the place of his own sepulchure.
    Patrick left Rathvilly for Ossory, leaving one the Ford at Lughtenbridge. Nearby in the Meat Field, Ballyknocken, in St Patrick's Well, where he baptised his converts.
