These are all signs of rain and storm.When the swallows fly high it is a sign of good weather. If the robin sings at the top of the bush and if the sky is red at the setting of the sun it is also a sign of good weather. Other signs of good weather are, when the smoke goes up straight from the chimney, when you cannot see the smoke from the train and when the needle of the barometer points to fair.
