    told me that if you filled one of the shulls on Inch Island with water out of Lough Gowna and drink it you would never have a toothache.
    Burn.
    If you had a burn and licked a mankeeper, then lick the burn it would get better.
    Holywell.
    If you had a cut on your finger and poured some of the eater on it out of a holy well that is convenient to the school it would heal it.
    Chilblains.
    If you had chilblains and washed them in the water in which the blacksmiths cool their irons it would cure them.
    Ferrets Milk.
    If you suffer from chincough and you drink ferrets milk it would cure you.
    Indigestion.
    If you had indigestion and you eat the legs of a frog they will cure you.
    Seventh son Seventh daughter.
    It is generally believed in this district that the seventh son has the cure of the running worm and the seventh daughter has the
