    Local Cures
There are several people in this district who have the cure for bleeding.
When they wish to stop the bleeding they repeat the following prayer.
'Jesus was born in Bethlehem, He came to be baptized of the River Jordan
When he came the water was pure and the water was good
And when our Saviour came the water stood and in His name I command the blood to do the same.'
The following people have been known to repeat that prayer.
Thomas Murray who lives in Grafog, he is about sixty years of age and also Patrick Kenny, who lives in Killeen, his age is sixteen.
A man who lives in our district called John McManus
