    St. Fintan is the patron saint of Streete parish. Streete parish should have been called Kilfintan, because he built a church although no traces of the church remain now. There are no boys or places called after him except one house, although he is the only patron saint.
    There is a holy well dedicated to his honour about a mile from Lismacaffrey on the right hand side of the road in the townland of Queensland. There used to be patterns on the first Sunday in remembrance to St Fintan. In about the year 1800 the Reverend William Monaghan who was parish priest at that time put a stop to the patterns.
    Until recently the well was very much neglected but Mr. Con Fagan erected a cross and put a pailing around it. He
