Ar an leathanach seo

Rushy field is so called because the whole field is full of rushes and it is no use for anything only grazing.
Bridge field is so called because there is a great bridge on it. It is situated on the river Devlin.
Pig field is so called because the farmer who ownes it used always keep a pig and every day he would let the pig out in it and by this it got its name.
- There is not a corner or nook in my parish but has a name of its own. Some of the names have a lot of very interesting history attached to them. But sometimes it is impossible(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
