    About the year 1829 there was a man by the name of Tom Coakly.

    of Killyon behave". The people told him the whole story and he said "We will see will they open it". He went over to the door and said "Open the door". "We will not" said the people inside. "Open the door" said the priest again. "We will not" said the men within. For the third and last time, the priest said "Open the door". But still they refused. The priest gave the door a tip of his boot and door barrings and men were left up in the middle of the chapel. The priest went up to the alter and invested himself at it and then turned round and said "Anyone that has anything to say, say it to me now".
