    Here are some signs of bad weather.
    1. When there are seagulls on land people say there's a strom at sea.
    2. People in Garadice say when they hear the Kilcock trains very plainly it is a sure sign of rain.
    3. When the crows fly very low in the sky people say "we will have rain."
    4. When a spider comes out of its web we are sure to ahve rain.
    5. There is a local remark passed that when the Dublin red is in the sky in the morning we will have rain.
    6. Wehn the sheep and cattle are lying we will have rain.
    7. When the curlews cry very lonely we will have a storm.
    8. People in my locality say when the bark of the beech tree is damp we are sure to have rain.
    9. When there's a weather gall in the sky we are bound to have a storm.
    10. When the cat sits with her back to the fire we will have a storm.
