    Special Days.
    The old people had special days for doing their work.it is said that friday is a lucky day for starting their work especially to remove into a new house .They also started to sow their crops on a friday.It is unlucky to cut a person's hair or to draw blood on a Monday.
    Saturday is also an unlucky day because if you started work on that day it would never be finished.Another unlucky day is "Lá crosta na bliadhna"which falls on the first day after Christmas.What ever day that would fall on no one would get married on that day during the year.
    May-Day is also an unlucky day.No one gives butter
