The woman of the house gives them money. They bring a holly bush and they tie ribbons and bells. The song they sing is "The wren the wren, the KIng of all birds; St Stephens Day she was caught in the purge.
    Although she was little her honour is great.
    Get up good lady and give us a treat.
    Up with the kettle and down with the pram.
