- (continued from previous page)red jackets and white britches. Shoemaking the lipreachauns used spend their time at long ago. the people used to be trying to catch them but did not succeed. But if you caught him you could not take your eyes off him.
- It was said that a leipreachaun lived in the Parish of Borrisoleigh. But I do not know the exact place. It was said he was a shoemaker. The people tried to make him give up his gold. But they did not succeed. The leipreachauns are not looked upon as friendly beings. The story was told about in the place where he was, he used to throw stones at the people.
