- (continued from previous page)Its not a prisoner I came here or banished an exile
And soon I will again to see my friends once more
No place on earth will cheer my mind but where the shamrocks growSweethearts I have many and true they are to me
But still my heart lies at at home in lovely Glenaneigh
My ink it is all wasted now
I have no more to write
Now I am in America the land of stars and stripes. - Weeds are very plentiful some of them grow in good land, and other grow in bad land. These are some of the names of the weeds. Dockleafs, Nettles, Spunks, Robin-run-the-hedge, Buckladones, Chicken weed, Thistles, Ferns, Rushes Dandelions. A dockleaf cure a sting of a nettle. Some people eat nettles. And they give dandelions to pigs. The spunk grow in the hard ground and Robin-run-the-hedge grow in the soft rich gardens. Buckladones grow in the hard ground. The chicken weed grow in soft old gardens and thistles grow in good land. Bushes grow in good and bad land.
