    Once when a man was out hunting, he saw a hare some distance away and he set his hound after it. There happened to be on the hedge a churn, what did the hare do when it saw them - It passed it by.
    Two black men and one white man were out motoring, the two black men ate the white man. - what was the number of the car [?].
    As round as a ring, as flat as as a pan, the half of a woman, the whole of a man. (A penny)
    Long legs, short things, little head and no eyes - a tongs.
