    part of the road the calamity occurred. One car ran full speed into the other, and with the concussion they both fell assunder. Pieces of tackling and of the cars were strewn about the road and in the middle of the debris stood the two old men and they were at it hammer-and-tongs.
    An R.I.C. policeman, who was standing at the door laughed so much, that he expired there and then.
