Ar an leathanach seo

  1. Long ago there was a Monastery at the end of the village of Curraglass. One day as one of the monks was passing a big house in front of which there was a lawn some men were working on the lawn and as they were protestants so they said they would make fun of the monk so they made a jump with pikes and forced the monk to jump it first, then one of the men jumped and the pike stuck him. They blamed the monk for this and they said he had caused it by some magic power and attacked him. The monk ran away so they send the police after him and they tried every house in the village for him except one, which was owned by a protestant family, as they thought he would never seek shelter from a protestant. The monk had taken refuge in this house and the owner, Mr. Willis hid him in a large cupboard so he escaped.
    When the search was abandoned the monk came forth and blessed his rescuer and his family and house and
