is for me and the other for you."
It happened that two young brothers from the district, were returning home, having spent the night card-playing in a neighbour's house. As they passed the graveyard gate, they heard voices. They paused to listen and they felt exceedingly nervous. As they did so, they heard "There are two more outside the gate and one is for me and the other for you".
The youngest boy told the other, that God and the devil were dividing the souls between the, and thinking that they were the two referred to, they started to run and they are running yet. The robbers, hearing the noise, thought they were caught and they also started to run away and they are running yet.
