  1. There is a stook in Rathealy on Mr. Holohan's farm. It is a big stone about six feet high.
    There is another big stone in Dohney's field in the townland of Liss, in the parish of Tullaroan, Co. Kilkenny. It has the mark of five fingers on it. It is said that a giant threw it from the top of Sliabnamon.
    There is an under ground passage at Reimeen near Keating's gate. The road is never wet where it crosses it. Mr. Gaffney's grandfather went down twenty steps in the passage.
