Ar an leathanach seo
- The houses were thatched long ago. some were thatched with rushes and others with straw. Some people kept a bed in the kitchen and the young people slept in it. They usually kept the ducks under the dresser. The hens layed in a hole in the wall and they tied the cattle at the end of the house. The fire was in the wall between the kitchen and bedroom.
The front of the chimney was made from 'dóib baide' which they dug out of the ditch. They cut hay then and put it through it. They got two(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
