- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)was living with her friends. He went into the barn where he slept all night.
He had a pig and the landlord sent one of his men to take the pig. As he came into the barn the man jumped from the straw. The man ran for all he was worth. When the landlord saw him coming without the pig he said he would have to go back. The boy answered that he would not go back for all he was worth, for the man of the house appeared to him. The landlord would not believe him, and so they both went then and went into the barn, and the man appeared again and both ran.
The man called after him that he would pay his rent and get a clear receipt for it. The landlord was so much afraid that he would not wait.
The man got the woman back to the house and both lived happily and never paid a penny of rent afterwards.
