- The cupboard was an old piece of furniture. It was a press made in three or four shelves and a place made in the wall which it was placed and then there was a door hung on it.
The chest of drawers was another old piece of furniture. It was a chest made with a lid on it and two drawers in the bottom part. Clothes were usually kept in it.
The piggin the noggin the cuppan and the stope were old vessels. The piggin was used for milking in and the noggin for drinking purposes. The cuppan was used for butter making and the stope for carrying water in. They were made of wood kept together with wooden hoops. The industries that they had were spinning and(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
