Bóthairín Fhéilim is a road leading to the Owenwee bogs. The first portion of it was made about 100 years ago and some years later it was made about two miles more into the heart of the bog. This was done for the accomodation of turf cutters.Owenwee road is leading from Brackloon to Carraig. The first piece of it was made about 100 years ago, and it was proceeded farer about 20 years ago.All the other roads are made so long as there is no recollection of the date.Before bridges were made in the district rivers were crossed by means of fords.
