  1. There was a hurling one time in a field at home called "The Middle Field." Clooney and Doora were playing. There were twenty-one men at each side. I do not know who was the captain. The men were chosen by the captain. This parish - Doora, won the match. The Doora boys were the best players. They used have only their shirts and trousers on them.
