There is a holy well near the Mental Hospital. It is called Saint Joseph's well. It is in the middle of a field. There are bushes growing around it and there is a wall around it also.
The people go there on a pilgrimage on theday after Saint .Joseph's day or on the day itself.
People get cured of various diseases when they visit the well and do the rounds. The rounds are done in this way. The people take off their shoes and walk round the well saying the Rosary.
When a lame man is cured he leaves his crutches by the side of the well as a sign that he is cured.
There is a holy eel seen in it some times. Any person that sees the eel is cured of his disease. There is a big statue of Saint Joseph beside the well. There are flowers growing all round the statue. It is placed on the top of a high rock.
