    Skipping.
    Skipping is a healthy exercise especially in WInter time and it heats the body.
    Two girls catch each end of the rope and wheel it round.Then another girl jumps in and skips.
    There can be many different games played while skipping into the rope she brings a stone in her hand .
    The other girls will say
    Early in the morning at six o'clock
    You shall hear the Post mans knock
    Post man Post man drop your letter
    Post man Post man pick it up.
    The girl that is skipping wil drop the stone when the other girls will say "Post man" "Post man" drop your letter.She will pick up the
