  1. There is a tailor living in Laragh named Tom Rudden.
    This tailor makes clothes for the men of his district in his own home.
    Long ago it was customary for tailors to go to the house of the person who wanted clothes made and stay there until he was finished with his work.
    This has long since ceased to continue.
    Tom Rudden does not stock any clothes at his own home.
    The cloth usually used for making men's clothes in this district is black or blue serge and tweeds of all colors.
    In almost every house in this district shirts are made.
