    The soot comes down the chimney before rain
    The cat sits with her back to the fire.
    The cricket sings
    A circle round the moon is a sign of rain.
    The sun setting red is a sign is a sign of rain.
    A cement floor gets damp before rain.
    The curlew sings.
    The farm animals eyes get heavy and sleepy.
    The dust rises in rings off the road.
    A red sky in the morning is a sign of rain it is a sign of wind.
    A black sky at night is a sign of rain.
    A circle around the moon is a sign of storm.
    A rainboe in the morning is a shopkeeper's warning. a rainbow at night is the shepherd's delight.
    Wind from the south or west brings most rain.
    Birds flying low is a sign of storm.
    When a robin is chirping at the door it is a sign of rain.
    Bees are very busy and wicked before rain.
    The chimney will not draw
