    Adjacent to this cave is the remains of an old cemetry or burying - ground. A circular structure of large rough stones surrounds it whilst the interior is covered with rough imhewn slabs marking the last resting place of some family of a very ancient race or people.

    Seannon an sloinne a bí ortha agus is as Conndae Fear Mhanach a tháinig siad. Dathadóirí a bheadh iad agus chuir gach liontighe díobh fútha in áit éigin - liontighe amháin in Dún Makiveer; liontighe eile in Derrylahan agus liontighe eile i dThullaigh na Clé.
    Bhí siad an-mhór le na chéile agus nuair a bhíodh aon nídh cearr i dtighe amháin cuireadh muinntir a' tighe sin braitlín amach agus nuair a chífeadh na daoine eile í sin bhailigheadh siad go léir isteach sa teach sin.
